Dr. Rausch graduated from Haverford College and Tufts Medical School, with a concentration in research. He completed his residency at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center, and his Fellowship at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. He joined NECS in 2022.

Board-Certified in Hematology and Oncology, Dr. Rausch is affiliated with the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Northern New England Clinical Oncology Society, and The American Society of Hematology.

Dr. Rausch and his wife, Kristine—an infusion nurse with NECS—have two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, and is a connoisseur of desserts.

Julie-Ann began her oncology nursing career at Maine Medical Center on the Gibson Pavilion in 1999 after graduating from Norwich University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After continuing her education and completing her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Southern Maine in 2008, Julie began practicing as an oncology NP at Central Maine Medical Center. She recently joined New England Cancer Specialists in January 2024 in a collaboration with Central Maine Medical Center at their Lewiston location.

Julie resides in Central Maine with her husband, Scott, and their two children, Jaxson and Paige. She enjoys supporting her children at their hockey and softball games as well as gymnastics meets. Julie is an active volunteer within her community.
