Join us for this upcoming session as part of our Survivorship And Beyond series.
Coping with the Monster of Uncertainty
Uncertainty is one of the emotional hurdles that comes with cancer. Learning to cope with it is vital to your emotional health and wellness. This workshop will explore how the four universal fears feed the uncertainty monster, and together we’ll experience techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Art Therapy, to support your resiliency.
