Our COVID-19 Visitor Policy
In an effort to protect our patients, their loved ones, and our teams, we are continuing to limit visitors in our offices for the time being.
Only patients who need assistance are permitted to bring one (1) HEALTHY visitor with them into our offices. No children under 18 are allowed in our offices during this time.
We understand that you want your loved ones and family members to be part of your visit. This is why we recommend several options for them to participate in your visit remotely, using a cell phone or smart phone. Click here to view the PDF.
